- Having a portfolio or other demonstration of your skills can be helpful.

- You should express a desire to learn and build skills as needed and inquire about on-the-job training or additional education.

- Regardless of future learning opportunities, you must demonstrate your ability to perform the duties of the position and hit the ground running when you are employed.
